Meet cued.
made for your college life.

Your personal fitness coach.
No app. No downloads. Just texts. Just for you.

Plays well with

what cued is.

let's be honest — sticking to your fitness goals as a college student is hard. between class, work, midterms, and trying to have a life, the gym is usually the first thing that drops.

we know because we're students too. and we got tired of juggling four different apps just to keep a workout streak going.

so we built cued. a coach you text. it reads your week — sleep, schedule, what's around you — and tells you exactly what to do next. no app. now downloads. no $200-a-month coach.

Built at Berkeley, by students, for students.

here's what it actually does.

no app to download. no new account. you just text cued like you'd text a friend who happens to know what they're doing — and it handles the rest.

Proactively plans your week
Knows when you're cooked
Lives in your iMessage
Adapts to your schedule
Listens to your wearable
Holds you accountable
Builds the streak
Tracks every set
Is a real coach
Knows your body
Picks the right fuel
+ And more

it just... gets you.

you don't have to ask. cued sees what's coming up and texts you the right thing at the right time.

early 8am, what should i do?

Cued checks your sleep and builds the day's session before you're out of bed.

slept 5h, you've got lab till 6.
25min upper push at the rsf. easy day 💪
dining hall has chicken tonight

Cued knows the context and gives you a real answer — macros or plain English.

grab 2 scoops, rice, veggies. ~40g protein.
skip the dessert bar tonight, you're already over 🫡
yo, you have midterms next week — your sleep is fried ngl.

Cued texts first when it matters — gently, never naggy.

we'll pull deadlifts to after finals.
20min walk + 8min mobility. that's the assignment.

Stop juggling apps.

Replaces all this.

Real life happens

A coach built for midterm weeks.

Missed two days for a problem set? Cued doesn't moralize about it. It reshapes the week around what's still on the table — no shame, no scolding, just the next step.

Fits your day, not the other way around

Reads your class schedule like a coach would.

You ask "do i have time between lecture and section?" — Cued already knows. It picks the window, builds the session to fit, and gets out of the way.

Progress, without the dashboard

The Sunday text you actually read.

Every Sunday night, a short text. Not a dashboard. Volume, sleep, what worked, what to fix, and the rough plan for the week ahead.

FAQs

The stuff people ask before they sign up.

Do I need to download an app?
Nope. Cued lives entirely in your text messages. iMessage, SMS, whatever you already use. No app, no login, no new account to manage.
How much does it cost?
Free during the open beta. When we move out of beta, early users will get founding-member pricing locked in — details to come.
What data does Cued use?
Only what you connect: your wearable (sleep, HRV, heart rate), your calendar (for scheduling), and the goals/preferences you share over text. Nothing more, nothing sold.
Do I need a wearable?
Nope. Cued works without one — you just tell it how you slept, how you're feeling, and what's coming up, and it builds your week from there. If you do have an Apple Watch, Whoop, Oura, or Garmin, connecting it lets Cued read your data passively so you don't have to report in every morning. Better with one, totally usable without.
How does the wearable connect?
A one-time link via Apple Health, Whoop, Oura, Garmin, or Strava. Takes about 30 seconds. After that, Cued reads passively — you don't have to do anything.
Is this actually a coach or just a chatbot?
Cued is an AI built around real coaching principles — progressive overload, recovery-aware programming, autoregulation. It's not a generic chatbot; every plan is personalized to your data and revised continuously.
What about privacy?
Your conversations and health data are encrypted in transit and at rest. We never sell data and never share it with third parties. You can delete everything any time by texting "delete me".
Can I cancel any time?
Reply "stop" and Cued stops texting immediately. No retention dance, no exit survey. Come back whenever.
Who is Cued for?
We built Cued for college students — that's the rhythm we know. Class schedules that shift every semester, dorm gyms and the RSF, dining hall food, weeks where midterms eat your sleep. If that sounds familiar, you're who we built this for. (Post-grads and anyone juggling a busy life are welcome too — the patterns hold.)
Who's behind Cued?
Two Berkeley students who got tired of switching between four apps just to keep a workout streak going. We're still students; we're still figuring it out alongside you.
